In January we set sights to launch Swilcan on the weekend of Matariki - 24th June. Last week we hit that goal out of the park with an official launch at Tieke Golf Estate. Why Tieke? The facilities, course and atmosphere are second to none and boy did it provide. Here’s the rundown.
12:00-12:30pm
The guests (you) came in numbers, arriving at what was a picturesque setting. An archeticiticallly designed clubhouse, overlooking a redesigned course. Those meet and greet moments were priceless for us. The excitement, anticipation & appreciation created an experience we’ll never forget. 
12:30-1:30pm
The formalities kicked off with a spiel by Swilcan’s godfather James ‘Gats’ Gatley. An introduction to Swilcan as a brand that was well received by all. Cam & Angus followed this with insights into their golfing journey before leaving the guests to lay eyes on the official Swilcan Launch Video. What a response!
1:30-5:00pm
Golf babbbby! There’s not much more to say. An epic few hours out on the course with 40 of our closest mates. A few birdies, a few eagles and plenty of laughs. The course was in great shape and boy did we have fun out there.
5:00pm-late
The sun set on what was a tremendous day at Tieke. We gathered for a few beers in the clubhouse before cutting tracks to The Bank, Hamilton. A day and night remembered by all (well most to be fair…) and one for the history books.
Thank you to everyone for the love and support. An awesome day, an awesome night and a bloody great way to kick things off. We are already fizzing for the next one!
